once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
returns & refunds
change of heart? no prob! if the products you purchased from basdbodycare.com are unused and unopened, you may return them to us by mail within 30 days of delivery and we will issue you a refund. the refund will be issued within 10 days of receiving your products at our warehouse. returns must be prepaid; please note that original shipping fees and return shipping fees are not refundable.
basd® does not offer swaps. If you would like to purchase alternative products, you will need to place a new order.
items purchased from other retailers, or resellers and not directly from basdbodycare.com are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.
here is how you can return your items by mail:
1. pack your unopened and unused items with a copy of your original packing slip/invoice. returns must be prepaid, meaning the return shipping will be at your cost.

basd® monitors order and return activity by customers. just like any strong independent partner in a relationship, if we feel like we are being taken advantage of or lied to, we will end it, and reserve the right not to give you a refund.

we love our products, but we love our basd® fans even more. if you are not in love with the products you have purchased from basdbodycare.ca for any reason, please email us at info@basdbodycare.com within 10 days of receiving your order so we can work with you to make it right and keep our relationship tight. we want our love to be effortless so if you have any suggestions or concerns, please let us know.
shipping errors
sometimes accidents happen – no one is perfect, and we cherish the learning. but if our products arrive damaged, incorrect, or missing, let us know. we cross our t's and dot our i's, but sometimes things get missed. if there's a product missing, we will conduct an inventory check to ensure we get you exactly what you ordered.
